Jean S. Smock

Owner and CEO

Graduate of Endicott College in MA.

Jean retired in 1997 after 30 years with Time Life, NYC.

In 2006 when Martin V. “Bud” Smock died, Jean became full time involved in the company. Jean brings a unique perspective to the company and our problem solving.

Deborah Smock Thomson

President

BA from Douglass College/Rutgers the State University

Deborah joined the company in 1978. She is second generation Smock Family.

Deborah was mentored for many years by her father, Martin “Bud” Smock for how to treat a customer the right way. She has developed a nearly unmatched knowledge of the industry and continues to lead the company with Bud’s vison of manufacturing high quality vehicles based on relationships of trust and commitment to our customers.

Nancy Buhagiar

Vice President of Operations and Finance

BA in Accounting from Georgian Court College

Nancy is a CPA and joined the company as the Controller with many years of manufacturing experience and is now the VP of Operations and Finance. She is no nonsense and very organized, keeps the operations running smoothly. Nancy embraces strategic thinking, learns quickly and retains information for the future.

Chad Newsome

National Sales Manager

BA from Kean College

Chad joined the company in 2002 as a salesman with experience from other emergency vehicle sales. In 2008 he became the National Sales Manager. Over the last 10 years, Chad has developed the PL National Dealer Network. Chad is a true advocate for the company. He offers a balance in perspective from both the Dealer/Salesman in the field and the manufacturer.
