Manasquan, NJ – April 7, 2026 – P.L. Custom Body and Equipment Co., Inc. (PLCB), a leading manufacturer of emergency and specialty vehicles, is pleased to announce that Dean Martin has joined the company as Regional Sales Manager for PL Custom Emergency Vehicles.

In this role, he will support and strengthen PLCB’s dealer network while driving sales performance across his assigned region. Martin will focus on building strong relationships with dealer partners, aligning with company objectives, and helping deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience across his region.

Dean brings more than two decades of experience in the emergency vehicle industry. A retired Captain firefighter and paramedic, Martin began his career in ambulance sales in 2002 and later co-founded Crossroads Ambulance Sales & Service, growing it into a nationally recognized operation and authorized PL Custom dealer. In February 2025, he sold the business to MacQueen Emergency Group.
